Down under… day 1

Finally I made it down the end of the yellow brick road to Darwin, Australia…

Yeah, +24h and 6 security checks later (strangely, half of them in Bali), I’m finally in Darwin, Australia!

Hot as hell here (tropical climate, 30 degrees… AC is a bliss). There are some beaches in Darwin, but you can’t swim there this time of the year due to jellyfishes. Darwin is a nice small town – you can pretty much go everywhere on foot. There are some natural parks not very far away (+100km) – I’ll sure be visiting them!

EDIT: this is an on-site two month project, plus one month vacation in Australasia. Nice opportunities to travel around here! 🙂

Unless stated otherwise, all pictures and videos were shot by me.
